Hi there, this is Blair with MXM. I am in one of our two Worx of Wenatchee clubs in the lounge area. This is our new sales area, we are keeping a very casual, upbeat process for new members coming in. And coming up on the IHRSA Innovations Summit next week. I've been thinking a ton about innovation and about the areas that we are seeing in the voice of customer, key areas that we think are going to be key elements of innovation, whatever those innovations happen to be. It seems to me that one of the best things we can do as leaders of companies to innovate is not make up our minds too quickly. Make sure that our teams adopt terms like beta test and rifle shot and remember that when we come up with an idea, often times as operators we want to go all in and instead, there are opportunities, if there is a new membership that you want to try and sell, to maybe just try and sell 10 of them. If there is a new program you want to sell, maybe just pilot it in one spot. I think this is a real opportunity for us to try new things without spending a ton of money and to learn from those new things.
