To integrate with text analytics, and have data that is actionable and systematic, we have tested and derived specifically worded questions that give you meaningful feedback. The way you are able to reply to members on our platform, as well as how your feedback is organized and processed has all been calibrated by fitness experts on our amazing platform.
CAN WE SEND TO A SPECIFIC GROUP OF PEOPLE INSTEAD OF THE WHOLE DATABASE, IS THAT A PROBLEM?
Yes! You will get a unique survey url for each of your locations to share via email to members of your choosing. There are several ways you may choose who gets the survey link of your members. One recommendation is those who have visited at least once, 30 days prior to the shutdown. You may also choose your “all-stars”, however you define your most active members. You can also choose to send emails out in waves, so as not to be overwhelmed with the feedback (expect about 10-15% response rate).
IS THERE A COST ASSOCIATED OR COMMITMENT RELATED?
No! This is a completely free service. There is no contract to turn your use of our platform into a paid service. We are also providing a Healthy Clubs Survey to follow this one when reopening is a reality. The answers your members give to this new survey will be linked to their answers to give you a member journey. Our goal is to be of service to the community and give operators an opportunity to try our platform for free.

This depends on how promptly we receive the necessary information to get your account set up and give you your unique survey URL’s. As soon as we receive this form filled out, we can get you moving! If you have multiple locations, fill out the form once. Don’t forget to upload your company logo for your survey when you fill out the form! As soon as we get the necessary info, we can have your link and account ready to use in about a day.
